Moline, IL, May 22, 2013 - Elliott Aviation, a leader in a diverse set of business aviation services has announced the addition of a fifth project manager, Dave Hulme, at their headquarters in Moline, IL. The announcement comes shortly after Elliott Aviation revealed plans to create 50 new positions by 2015. Plans also include a long-term lease on an additional 24,000 feet of maintenance hangar capacity.
Hulme joined Elliott Aviation in 1994 as a Parts Associate and brings 25 years of aviation experience to the position. He has also held positions with Pilatus, Livingston Aviation and Niederhauser Airways. Hulme is a veteran of the US Army where he served as an Aeroscout Observer from 1989 through 1993.
In addition to Elliott Aviation’s plans to expand, they have over doubled the Moline service department and grown the Moline Avionics department by over 50% since January 1, 2011. The significant company growth comes as the aircraft service demand has substantially increased including demands for service on products that Elliott Aviation is factory authorized such as Embraer Phenom 100/300 and Hawker airframes. The demand for more avionics personnel is attributed to an increase in cabin Wifi installations and Elliott Aviation’s industry leading Garmin G1000 retrofit program.
