Elliott Aviation, the worldwide leader in Garmin G1000 retrofits, has delivered the 500th Garmin G1000 King Air installation. The aircraft was installed in a King Air B200 for Canadian operator Keewatin Air, and marks the ninth installation Elliott Aviation has completed for Keewatin’s fleet, which includes 12 King Airs. The aircraft was delivered to the customer on October16th. In addition, the installation was the first of five Elliott installations delivered during the week.
Elliott Aviation has been the worldwide leader in King Air Garmin G1000 retrofits since 2009, and has been installing systems since 2008. They have installed more G1000 systems in King Airs than all other dealers in the world, combined. They were the first company to install a G1000 in a King Air 200 series, and the first to install in a King Air 300/350. They were also the first company to deliver Garmin’s upgraded G1000 package, the NXI. The company has installed G1000 systems in six continents.
