Moline, IL, September 13, 2021 – Elliott Aviation, a leader in Aviation MRO Services, has hired Rick McCormack as a project manager at their headquarters in Moline, IL. Rick brings nearly 25 years of aviation experience, including interior installation, sheet metal, and interior supervisory positions.
Rick was most recently the interior supervisor for Flying Colours in St. Louis, where he oversaw the fit and installation of executive interiors on green aircraft. In addition to his time with Flying Colours, Rick has held positions with Midcoast Aviation, Premier Air Center, McKinney Aerospace, and King Aerospace.
Rick will be responsible for overseeing large projects at Elliott’s one-stop-shop MRO location in Moline, IL.
“Rick has a great background managing large and complex aviation projects,” said Lawrence Harting, Vice President and General Manager for Elliott Aviation’s Moline facility. “He is an experienced operations manager and has a long history of developing a great rapport with customers.”
Rick holds an FAA airframe and power plant license and is experienced in 5S.
