MOLINE, Ill. – January 2024 – Elliott Aviation, a leader in business aviation services, has announced an effort to prioritize Gogo legacy air-to-ground (ATG) to AVANCE system upgrades as demand increases for maintenance and installation expertise ahead of Gogo Business Aviation’s (NASDAQ: GOGO) LTE network migration.

Elliott is well-versed in Gogo installations, with more than 300 Gogo system installations completed during the 20-year partnership. Elliott was recognized as one of Gogo’s top-five installing and certifying dealers in 2020.

To accommodate AVANCE upgrade demand, Elliott has established a dedicated program to prioritize Gogo legacy ATG customers through reservations and installation schedules at one of its five convenient facilities in Moline, IL; Flying Cloud, MN; Des Moines, IA; and Atlanta, GA.

“With unrivaled installation expertise, our technicians will leverage our experience with Gogo inflight connectivity upgrades to streamline the AVANCE upgrade process,” said Bill Forbes, vice president of avionics programs at Elliott. “By setting aside dedicated floorspace and labor hours, Gogo operators will realize less downtime and more flexibility as the network migration deadline quickly approaches.”

More than 3,000 business aircraft are installed and flying with a Gogo legacy ATG system (ATG 8000, 5000, 4000, 2000, 1000) onboard and those aircraft are in a unique position to upgrade to Gogo AVANCE L3, L5 or LX5 (5G) before the anticipated completion of its LTE network migration in early 2026. Aircraft with Gogo’s legacy ATG systems that upgrade to AVANCE will experience an immediate improvement in performance with an additional boost when the network transition to LTE is complete.

“We’re pleased Gogo customers can rely on one of our gold-level dealers for all size aircraft equipped with a Gogo system for exceptional and timely maintenance services so they can experience the game-changing performance improvements of our AVANCE system through our technology transformation,” said Dave Salvador, vice president of aftermarket sales for Gogo.

Existing Gogo legacy ATG customers can take advantage of current Gogo promotions, offering rebate opportunities of $25,000 up to $50,000 for upgrading.
