Elliott Aviation Welcomes Paul McQuay as Vice President/General Manager

Moline, IL, February 16, 2022 – Elliott Aviation, a leader in a diverse set of business aviation services, is pleased to welcome Paul McQuay to its Moline team as the new Vice President/General Manager. This hire redirects the talents of Lawrence Harting, moving from VP of Operations in Moline to Director of Scheduling & Planning, supporting Paul and the future growth objectives of our Moline facility.

Paul comes to Elliott Aviation with a diverse and impactful career in both the manufacturing and aerospace industries. He spent the last four years at Cobham in the Quad Cities, serving as the Director of Operations Engineering. Paul has also held other leadership and individual roles in Operations Supervision and Management, Engineering, Quality, and Sales.

Paul has a strong technical background and significant experience with continuous improvement. He is also a Six Sigma Green Belt, a proud Air Force veteran, and he speaks fluent Japanese after living in Japan for five years.

In his personal life, Paul and his family live local to the Quad Cities on a hobby farm in Illinois. He enjoys gardening, woodworking, reading, and working with youth in church programs. Paul officially joined the Elliott Aviation team on Monday, February 14.
